Board Appointment

The Board of Gable Holdings Inc is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Moss as non-executive director with immediate effect. In addition Tim will assume the role of Finance Director, and commit such time as is necessary to fulfil his duties to the Company. The Board continually reviews the need for a full time Finance Director and will make a suitable appointment as and when the situation changes.

Timothy Moss, age 43, qualified as a chartered accountant with Pannell Kerr Forster in 1990. He has held senior financial positions with a number of companies in the utilities, communications and telecoms sectors, and is currently a director of The Airtime Group Limited, Canisp plc and CVS Management Limited. He is based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Save as disclosed above there are no other matters to be disclosed under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
